Hitri recept za pripravo hidrolata in sivkinega eteričnega olja brez dodane žlice vegete.
Vržeš sivko v kotel, podoben tistemu za kuhat šnops, pardon, žganjekuho (Tu sivka ni v vodi, ampak v zgornji polovici kotla, na suhem). -> Destilacija (1ura/kotel, vmes zaradi nevarnosti dehidracije vsaj 1x pzp) -> Utekočinjen del zliješ v posebno posodo, počakaš, da olje splava na vrh. Počasi spuščaš vodo iz posode, dokler tam ne ostane le olje. Tako ločiš hidrolat od olja.
Letos smo jo nabrali za 3 kotle. Vmes so se vrinile tri fotografije, kjer se sivka suši in nima veze s kuho. Ivanji grad, jun 2016.
